On Monday, December 11, 2023, Universitas YARSI, in collaboration with Global Ltd, Partnerships UK, and the EPUK and SCG Internationalisation Programme, successfully held a free webinar titled “Agile Leadership for the Future in Healthcare.” The event, which was open to all members of Universitas YARSI’s civitas academica and beyond, drew significant participation, reflecting the growing interest in agile leadership and its applications in the healthcare sector.
The webinar featured Professor Pere Juarez from the University of Barcelona, a globally recognized expert in leadership and healthcare. Over the course of the three-hour session, participants gained valuable insights into the principles of agile leadership, focusing on aligning personal and organizational goals to meet the challenges of an evolving healthcare landscape. Prof. Juarez provided in-depth discussions on team management, talent development, motivation, and accountability, emphasizing practical strategies that participants could apply in their own professional settings.
A highlight of the session was the hands-on practice with the MIRO platform, which allowed attendees to explore transformational project leadership in an interactive environment. This practical component gave participants the tools and confidence to implement agile strategies within their organizations.
