In preparation for its international accreditation process, Universitas YARSI successfully conducted an International Accreditation Interview Simulation ahead of the upcoming Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) visit. The event, held from January 20 to February 7, 2025, took place at the 11th-floor Workshop Room of Universitas YARSI and involved key stakeholders, including top management, faculty members, students, alumni, and administrative staff.
The simulation aimed to prepare participants for the accreditation interview process by mirroring real interview scenarios. Participants were divided into several clusters based on their roles: Programme Management (Leadership and Structural Representatives), Faculty Members, Students and Alumni, and Administrative and Support Staff. Representatives from various faculties, including the Faculty of Law, Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Information Technology, Faculty of Psychology, and the Graduate School, actively participated in the sessions.
The interviews were conducted primarily in English to align with FIBAA’s international standards. The sessions focused on curriculum quality, student learning experiences, faculty qualifications, academic support services, and institutional governance. The International Office of Universitas YARSI played a pivotal role in organizing the event, ensuring that each participant received the necessary guidance and training to meet the accreditation criteria.
This simulation underscores Universitas YARSI’s commitment to achieving global academic recognition and continuous improvement in higher education quality. By actively engaging in international accreditation processes, the university aims to strengthen its academic programs, enhance its global standing, and provide students with education that meets international benchmarks.
