Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas YARSI menyelenggarakan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat berupa Pelatihan Membuat Buket Snack. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini diselenggarakan di Pesantren Daarul Uluum Bogor, Jawa Barat pada Minggu, 14 November 2021.
Pembinaan santri salah satu kegiatan yang diberikan oleh para santri dalam upaya meningkatkan keterampilan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih kreatifitas santri sehingga mereka dapat memperoleh penghasilannya sendiri meski berada di pesantren sekalipun. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara tatap muka namun tetap mengikuti aturan protokol kesehatan.
Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan meliputi beberapa agenda, diantaranya sambutan perwakilan dari Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas YARSI Dr. Juniarti, S.Si., M.Si. serta Ketua Pelaksana La Diadhan Hukama, S.E., M.Si. dilanjutkan dengan pemateri Mega Rini salah satu Alumni FEB Universitas YARSI yang menjelaskan mengenai Pembuatan Buket Snack kemudian diikuti oleh para peserta yang mempraktikannya langsung.
Dalam sambutannya Adhan Hukama mengutarakan harapannya terhadap para peserta semoga setelah ini para santri bisa mendapatkan ilmu dari pembinaan kemudian dapat mengaplikasikannya dan mempraktikkanya dengan baik.
Buket snack menjadi tren saat ini yang cocok dijadikan buah tangan pada acara tertentu, seperti hari ulang tahun, wisuda kelulusan, engagement, dan lain-lain. Pembuatan buket snack terbilang mudah namun memerlukan kreatifitas serta ketelatenan dalam membuatnya.
“Alhamdulillah saya sangat terkesan sekali, para santri dapat menambah ilmunya serta kreatifitasnya semoga semakin inovatif dan bersemangat dalam mengembangkan skill-skill mereka. Sekali lagi terima kasih banyak bagi Universitas YARSI”. Debiniar Lilianita Selaku Pengasuh Organisasi Santri.
Dalam kegiatan ini antusiasme terlihat dari 50 peserta dari kelas II MA yang mengikuti pembinaan. Peserta terbagi menjadi beberapa kelompok, setiap kelompok terdiri dari 4 hingga 5 orang. Setiap kelompok telah dibekali oleh alat serta bahan yang dibutuhkan dalam Pembuatan Buket.
“Ini pertama kalinya buat buket, seneng banget pastinya jadi bisa tahu metodenya terus tekniknya, membuatnya juga mudah dipahami”. Sulistya salah satu peserta pembinaan.
Sebenarnya Pembinaan Pembuatan Buket Snack ini adalah minggu yang ketiga. Pada minggu pertama para santri diajarkan bagaimana cara membuat sebuah masker sedangkan pada minggu kedua para santri belajar membuat sebuah tali pot.
“Saya bisa belajar banyak bagaimana cara membuat buket snack ini dari yang awalnya saya tidak tahu cara membuatnya, apa saja yang harus dilakukan dan langkah-langkahnya. Namun dengan mengikuti kegiatan ini saya bisa belajar bagaimana cara membuatnya, semoga setelah ini kita bisa jadi seorang santripreneur nantinya”. Azrial salah satu peserta pembinaan.
