Participation of Universitas Yarsi in Justitia Training Center Activities

On December 1, 2024, Justitia Training Center sent an invitation letter to Prof. Dr. Tjandra Yoga Aditama, the Director of the Graduate School of Universitas Yarsi, inviting Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chandra Yusuf to speak at several training activities.The first activity is the In-House Training and Certification for Procurement Contracts, which will take place on December 2, 2024, from 15:00 to 16:30 WIB at the Badiklat Kejaksaan RI, Ragunan, South Jakarta. This session is also directed at Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chandra Yusuf and will cover the fundamentals of contract law and dispute resolution, aligning with SDG 16: Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions. This training is crucial for fostering justice and transparency in the procurement of goods and services.

The second activity, on December 3, 2024, from 10:30 to 12:00 WIB at the Badiklat Kejaksaan RI, Ragunan, South Jakarta, will consist of a Legal Auditor Training. This session is again aimed at Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chandra Yusuf and will include techniques for inventory and investigation in legal audits, as well as a discussion on the theory and principles of contract law and international contract drafting. This activity supports SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, promoting international cooperation and understanding of contractual law, essential for building effective partnership networks. Lastly, the In-House Training and Certification for Contract Drafting will be held on December 4, 2024, from 08:30 to 16:30 WIB at Hotel Aston Jambi. This session is also directed at Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chandra Yusuf and will cover topics such as International Contract Drafting and Checklists for Contract Preparation, contributing to SDG 4: Quality Education. The aim of this training is to enhance skills in contract drafting, supporting better access to education and improving competencies in the legal sector. Thus, each of these training activities not only enhances individual capabilities but also contributes to the broader achievement of sustainable development goals.
