REQUIREMENT FOR NON-DEGREE PROGRAM

1. 1. 1. Registered as an active student at home university.
      2. Proficient in the English language with a minimum score of
         • TOEFL PBT: 500TOEFL IBT: 61
         • IELTS: 6 (no band less than 5.5)
         • TOEIC: 600-650
         • In decent physical condition.
      3. Have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale). Prospective students can use a GPA calculator to convert their current GPA to an Indonesian GPA.
      4. Confirm the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) to study at YARSI University.
      5. Consent to follow YARSI University’s policies and guidelines.
      6. Accept financial responsibility for the expenses incurred.

APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR NON-DEGREE PROGRAM

1. Complete the online application
2. The Office for International Affairs of YARSI University will examine and clarify the application.
3. The application will be forwarded by the Office for International Affairs of YARSI University to the host faculty for assessment and approval. (The host faculty has sole discretion in accepting or rejecting exchange student applications).
4. If the faculty confirms that the prospective student has passed the selection process, the registrar will issue the Letter of Acceptance (LoA)

Before proceeding, please ensure these documents are ready as attachments in PDF/PNG.

1. Passport-size photos (blue or red background)
2. Scan of a passport (two pages, not taken with a phone camera) or a valid ID card or nationality card
3. Learning Agreement. Downloaded here.
4. An up-to-date certified academic transcript (in English translation)
5. A recommendation letter from the student’s academic advisor or home institution supporting their application.
