Degree Program

  • Have a testamur or graduate certificate to apply for the undergraduate program and a bachelor’s degree to apply for the Master’s program.
  • For undergraduate programs applicants should have excellent academic potential showed by High School Academic Report/transcript.
  • For Master’s programs, a minimum GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale is required.
  • For Doctoral programs, a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale is required.
  • Prospective students can use a GPA Calculator to convert their current GPA to an Indonesian GPA
  • Applicants should have good command and knowledge of English as shown by one of the following English language proficiency results:
    1. TOEFL ITP ≥ 500,
    2. TOEFL IBT ≥ 61,
    3. TOEFL CBT ≥ 173,
    4. IELTS ≥ 6,
    5. TOEIC ≥ 575.
    6. Duolingo English test score ≥ 95
  • APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR THE DEGREE PROGRAM

The prospective overseas students are required to take the following actions:

  1. Complete the following online registration form prior to admission. Online enrollment
  2. Fill out the International Student Application Form. Download
  3. Scan the signed application form and all required documents as stated in the form and send them to our email: collaboration@yarsi.ac.id
  4. The Office for International Affairs of YARSI University will examine and clarify the application.
  5. The application will be forwarded by the Office for International Affairs of YARSI University to the host faculty for assessment and approval. (The host faculty has sole discretion in accepting or rejecting exchange student applications).
  6. If the faculty confirms that the prospective student has passed the selection process, the registrar will issue the Letter of Acceptance (LoA)

The Office for International Affairs of YARSI University will assist the candidates with the next registration procedure.

YARSI University Degree program Application Documents

Please ensure these documents are prepared as PDF or PNG attachments and sent to our email at collaboration@yarsi.ac.id.

  • Valid Nationality Passport at least 6 (six) months.
  • Proof of living expenses of at least US$ 2,000 (two thousand US Dollars) or equivalent.
  • Latest color photograph.
  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • Guarantee letter from a guarantor, which is an Indonesian citizen or the educational institution where foreigners carry out education.
  • Letter of acceptance from the educational institution in Indonesia that explains the length of time the foreigner will be enrolled in the educational institution.
  • An up-to-date certified academic transcript (in English translation)
