Kepala Divisi Pelayanan Hukum dan HAM (Kadiv Yankumham) Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM DKI Jakarta, Maktub, S.H, M.H berkunjung ke Fakultas Hukum Universitas Yarsi (FHUY) kemarin.
Kunjungan ke Yarsi selain melihat-lihat fasilitas belajar mengajar FHUY, juga silaturahim dan berdiskusi dengan Ketua Pengurus Yayasan Yarsi, Prof. dr. Jurnalis Uddin, PAK, dan jajaran Dekanad FHUY
Maktub menyatakan, silaturahim ini juga dalam rangka rencana kolaborasi dengan FH Yarsi menggunakan laboratorium perancangan (Lab Rancangan) milik Universitas Yarsi.
Tidak cukup itu, Kemenkumham DKI Jakarta berencana memberikan pelatihan penyusunan peraturan perundang-undangan melibatkan langsung mahasiswa FH Yarsi, sehingga pembekalan mahasiswa terhadap materi penyusunan pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan benar-benar didapat dengan keterlibatannya.
Setelah melaksanakan agendanya di Yarsi, Maktub kagum dan bangga terhadap Universitas Yarsi, khususnya Fakultas Hukum. “Kini penasarannya hilang, FHUY dan laboratorium perancangan hukum sudah internasional, luar biasa (wow keren), dan sangat layak (wajib) diapresiasi,” ujarnya.
Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Hukum dan HAM (Kanwil Kemenkumham) DKI Jakarta akan ATM (amati, tiru dan membangun) dari FHUY.
Menurutnya, dengan adanya laboratorium perancangan FHUY telah mendudukan perancang sebagai tenaga memiliki nilai tinggi dan bisa mempengaruhi dunia.
Selain itu Kanwil Kemenkumham DKI Jakarta dan Kementerian Hukum dan HAM (Kemenkumham) butuh teman-teman perancang hukum, menjadi tenaga ahli.
Kunjungan ke Yarsi jadi catatan baik membangun orang berkualitas. “Yarsi menjadi rumah kedua saya berbagi ilmu,” cakap Kadiv Yankumham.
Kedepannya, Kanwil Kemenkumham DKI Jakarta akan coba pembahasan tripartit terdiri akademisi (FHUY), birokrat (Kemenkumham) dan pemerintah (pemda biro hukum) karena butuh masukan pada saat membuat peraturan, sehingga produknya sudah berkeadilan (ada hak dan kewajiban) serta bekesinambungan.
“Hasil kunjungan ini, akan disosialisasikan dan Kanwil Kemenkumham DKI Jakarta ingin memberikan semangat bagi teman-teman di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM.
Kadiv Yankumham berkunjung ke Yarsi didampingi Kepala Bidang Hukum John Paul Fillino Simanjuntak, S.H, M.Hum, Kasubid Fasilitasi Pembentukan Produk Hukum Daerah Erinawita, S.H, M.H.
Sementara Prof Jurnalis saat menyambut tamu dari Kanwil Kemenkumham DKI Jakarta mengucapkan selamat datang di Universitas Yarsi.
Prof Jurnalis memaparkan pengalamannya berupa penyusunan rancangan badan hukum pendidikan merupakan amanat undang undang (UU) Pendidikan. Kemudian terbentuk asosiasi badan penyelenggara perguruan tinggi Indonesia hingga ke pergi Makamah Konstitusi (MK) hingga seluruh UU dibatalkan MK.
Menurut Prof Jurnalis kehadiran laboratorium perancangan hukum terintegrasi FHUY supaya mahasiswa paham terhadap berbagai ketentuan berlaku dan mengerti hukum. Bisa menyusun UU akan berlaku di negeri ini dan jangan pembuatan peraturan UU diserahkan pihak lain. Kehadiran laboratoriam perancangan bisa memberdayakan perguruan tinggi.
“Makanya kehadiran laboratorium perancangan UU didukung penuh oleh Yayasan Yarsi,” terang Alumni Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Gadjah Mada.
Lebih lanjut Prof Jurnalis, mahasiswa FHUY perlu betul memahami RUU bukan hanya pendidikan dan kesehatan saja tetapi semua bidang,
Dekan FHUY Dr. Muhammad Ryan Bakry, S.H, M.H menambahkan, kehadiran laboratorium ini bukan untuk memberikan manfaat satu dua orang tetapi seluruh orang Indonesia. Dengan mampu membuat rancangan undang-undang orang akan selamat.
Melalui laboratorium ini, mahasiswa sejak mulai kuliah hukum sudah dilatih, dibina merancang perundangan-undangan sehingga tamat sudah mampu merancang. Para mahasiswa punya potensi merancang perundang-undangan, sudah mengerti dan melihat langsung proses perundangan dengan para pakarnya.
Lewat laboratorium para mahasiswa diajar, sehingga mampu membuat proyek peraturan perundang-undangan. Mereka siap bertempur saat memasuki dunia kerja.
Melalui laboratorium perancangan FHUY sudah berfikir ke depan. “Universitas Yarsi selangkah lebih maju karena kampus lain belum memilikinya,” seru Dekan FHUY.
Menurut Doktor Ryan laboratorium perancangan ini ada tiga ruang workshop, ada satelit, sudah internasional telekonferensi, terintegrasi sudah tersupport dua bahasa, otomatis tersedia terjemahan dan didalam ruangannya nyaman.
Universitas Yarsi lewat FHUY siap bekerja sama dengan Kemenkumham, para Kanwil Kemenkumham, lembaga-lembaga negara, seluruh pemerintahan daerah, DPR, seluruh DPRD dan perguruan tinggi. (usman)

Рассмотрим рационально-практическую сторону каждого из типов, их определения и различия.
Начнем с Генератор. Он отличаются высокой энергетичностью и способностью легко и эффективно завершать начатые задачи. Их природа требует постоянной активности, поэтому важно находить дело, которое по-настоящему нравится. Генератор начинает действовать, когда ощущает внутренний отклик. Основное отличие Генераторов в том, что они заряжают себя и других энергией, если действуют в соответствии с внутренним откликом.
Следующий тип, на который стоит обратить внимание, — Манифестор. Манифесторы могут начинать новые проекты и вдохновлять других. Они не нуждаются в отклике, как Генераторы, и могут сразу принимать решения и действовать. Манифесторы не подчиняются внешним обстоятельствам, а сами создают свою реальность. Практическая сторона их природы проявляется в том, что они способны запускать процессы и вдохновлять окружающих.
Третий тип — это Проектор. Проекторы – это люди, которые видят потенциал в других и помогают его раскрыть. Они нуждаются в приглашении, прежде чем начать действовать, и могут эффективно использовать энергию, когда работают с другими людьми. Индивидуальная особенность Проектора заключается в умении работать с чужой энергией и направлять ее. Проекторы наиболее эффективны, когда действуют в роли консультантов.
Последний, но не менее важный тип — Рефлектор. Они лучше всего ощущают общие тенденции и могут объективно оценивать ситуацию. Рефлекторы отличаются тем, что их самочувствие напрямую зависит от окружения. Их рациональная роль заключается в объективной оценке происходящего вокруг.
Итак, подведем итог: Каждый из четырех типов в Дизайне Человека имеет свои индивидуальные особенности, которые помогают им максимально эффективно взаимодействовать с миром. Понимание своего типа и его практического предназначения позволяет лучше организовать жизнь, выбрать правильные направления для работы и улучшить качество личных отношений.
