  1. PT Bank UOB Indonesia, Jakarta 2011 -2020 Senior Vice President, Network Management & Business Finance Head The position oversees branch network planning & strategy, MIS & Performance Management, Business Planning & Finance
    related. Responsibilities:

    • Formulate short-term to long-term branch network strategy, branch performance results and KPI, and optimization initiatives including branch opening, relocation, downsizing, closures and renovation
    • Develop financial plan, and oversee financial budgeting including forecasting for the Channels, regions and areas centers
    • Ensure the accomplishment of branch network optimization initiatives and productivity improvement
    • Formulate Single Captain balance scorecard and targets methodology for 7 Regional Heads, 52 Area Managers, and 126 Branch Managers.
    • Ensure timely monthly performance measurement reports with comprehensive analysis, meaningful recommendation and corrective action needed.

    • Oversee Management Information System, data governance and performance measurements of 16 SBUs
    • Provide inputs in developing the Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes pertaining to business units and monitor their achievements on monthly basis.
