Islamic law in Indonesia is the main material and element of Indonesian National Law. Islamic law in Indonesia uses a benefit parameter regarding whether or not a law is necessary in a particular matter. The function of the Religious Courts is to enforce law and provide justice for the community with reference to the principles of Islamic law which were developed in reference to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia to receive, examine, prove, conclude, decide and resolve cases of religious Islam communities. |
